To top it off I whipped up some cream and vanilla to really bring out that vanilla flavor. I combined coffee ice cream and the coffee creamer and instantly created magic. It’s truly coffee’s soul mate and it is summer so it was destined to be a Caramel Macchiato Milkshake. Caramel macchiato is the incredible mixture of sweet cream and caramel. Last year we created the Brownie Café Milkshake‘s that were absolutely fabulous! Then this summer we created the awesome Dreamy Strawberries and Cream Shake.
